Tour #16. Boat Tours of Jewish New York Harbor

In early September 1654, twenty three Jewish refugees arrived in New Amsterdam and founded the first Jewish settlement in North America. We are running Boat Tours of Jewish New York Harbor to commemorate this historic event, which took place 365 years ago. 

Boat Tour #1 Two-hour tour aboard the Staten Island Ferry includes such sites as the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island Immigration Museum, Governors Island, Brooklyn Bridge, Brooklyn and Staten Island. Tour Fee: $25/person for groups of ten or more.

Boat Tour #2 One hour tour leaving the Rockaways aboard the NYC Ferry includes tours of Manhattan Beach, Floyd Bennett Field, Brighton Beach, Coney Island, Sea Gate, the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge, Brooklyn Army Terminal, Red Hook, Governors Island, Brooklyn Bridge and Lower Manhattan.
Tour Fee: $25/person for groups of ten or more. Fee does not include ferry ticket.

Boat Tour #3 One hour tour from Lower Manhattan aboard the NYC Ferry includes tours of the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island Immigration Museum, Staten Island, the Geology of Long Island, Hoffman Island, Swinburne Island, the Rockaways and site of the nuclear arsenal near the Marine Parkway Bridge.
Tour Fee: $25/person for groups of ten or more. Fee does not include ferry ticket.

Tour #4 Grand Tour of Jewish New York Harbor. Your group would take over an entire NY Water Taxi and would be its exclusive passengers. This would be a two-hour private tour for your group. The ship has a seating capacity of 143. This can be a very special event for your group. Oscar Israelowitz will be your tour guide. Bring your own snacks. Rain or Shine.
Tour Fee: $45/person.
